Transcript Request

INFORMATION TO OBTAIN TRANSCRIPTS

• If you need a printout of your transcript, you can come to the school M-F, from 8:30am-3:30pm to pick it up.
• You can go to the Aeries Parent Portal to print it out yourself.  

Post High School Aged (Graduated or Not)

1. You can come directly to the school, M-F, from 8:30am-3:30pm.
2.  You can do it through the U.S. mail with a letter.
3.  You can request it online. Please email dena.shorey@yubacharterschool.org with the information below. 

• First and Last Name while attending high school
• Grad Year (or year you attended last)
• Birth date
• If you need the transcript mailed, please provide the address.
